These are general terms for enquiries and bookings made with TBT Tours & Travel by Budi Bali Driver. The specific price, inclusions, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions for your booking should always be confirmed with Budi before you finalise your plans.

Quotes and availability

Prices shown on the website may be guide prices. Availability and the final price are confirmed when you contact TBT. A booking is not final until the details have been agreed and confirmed.

What is included

Transport, tickets, activities, boat fares, meals, parking and other costs vary by service. Your confirmation should state what is included and what is payable separately.

Changes and cancellations

If your plans change, contact TBT as soon as possible. Any cancellation, date-change, deposit or refund conditions that apply to your booking should be confirmed at the time of booking. Third-party operators may have their own conditions.

Third-party services

Some activities, boats, attractions, accommodation, connectivity products or other travel services may be provided by independent third parties. TBT can help arrange or refer these services, but the third party may apply its own terms, availability and safety requirements.

Travel information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel details, including pickup locations, passenger numbers, flight information and contact details. Please tell TBT about relevant luggage, child-seat or accessibility requirements before travel.

Timing and local conditions

Travel times and itineraries may change because of traffic, weather, ceremonies, road conditions, attraction closures or other circumstances outside TBT's control. Where practical, TBT will help adjust the plan.
